Mobile Voting Project's one-pager
Beth's general comments/thoughts:
--Security, security, security
--Mobile Voting Project (MVP) is looking for mobile voting to be an option/supplement in municipal elections, not the sole method
--They're interested in pursuing special district elections to increase turnout
--Mobile voting could really increase turnout amongst younger voters
--They're interested in/targeting Colorado due to our large number of home-rule municipalities and special districts
--Bradley Tusk is Kent Thiry-esque. While Kent is a friend to the League, he's controversial. Do we need more of that?
