The LWVUS does not have a position on the Judiciary system. At the 2024 LWVUS convention a study group was authorized to study the Federal Judiciary System. The group was tasked with developing a position to present at council in June 2025. The study is now being presented to all Leagues. The Jeffco League will make their presentation on March 5 at 6:30 PM via Zoom. If we want to advocate about the Judiciary System at the Federal level we must develop a position
