This is a meeting for all members interested in Health Issues, including, but not limited to:
General, Health Insurance, Reproductive Rights, and Guns Safety.

Some of the Brainstorming topics:

a) Gun Violence Prevention: open carry locally; including gun safety as a public health issue,
can work with LWVCO Gun Violence Prevention Task Force.
b) Reproductive Justice: Work with LWVCO Task Force.
c) Medical insurance: Single payer healthcare - possible ballot proposal; privatization of Medicare.
d) Substance use/abuse: A Jefferson County Task Force is making plans for the use of drug settlement money.
They are forming sub-committees now.
