• Diane Ravitch, former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Education; founder and president of Network for Public Education; and author of Slaying Goliath: The Passionate Resistance to Privatization and the Fight to Save America’s Public Schools
• Jack Schneider, professor and co-author of The Education Wars: A Citizen’s Guide and Defense Manual
Learn from other experts about:
● Addressing the threats to public education, including privatization, the 2024 ballot initiatives, and more.
● Developing strategies to counter negative messages about public education.
● Taking action through organizing, coalition-building, and advocating for legislation.
